I grew up near Philadelphia, MS.  After graduating from the University of Southern MS with a Bachelor of Science degree, I taught high school science in MS and GA.  After a year serving on active duty with the GA Army National Guard in the Middle East, I moved to Huntsville, AL and worked on Redstone Arsenal.  In 2008, my family and I moved to LA to attend New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, where I recently received my Master of Arts in Missiology.  Prior to serving at Central we served as missionaries to South Asia.

My wife Carrie and I have been married since 1998 and we have three children:  JT, Charlie and Sarah.  I enjoy hanging out with my family, spending time outdoors and reading.

I am passionate about disciple making and missions, and helping others grow in their relationship with God as they live out His purpose for their life.
